6 Sessions on Stomach and Thighs

I am 52 / white / thin with mild sagging skin. Wanting to combat aging saggy thighs and tummy, I paid a lot of money to receive 6 sessions on my stomach and 6 on the front of my thighs (saggy knees). This was the minimum number of sessions the provider would allow me to purchase. They wanted me to sign up for a minimum of 8 with ongoing treatment after that. I said I wanted to see how it went first.

It was absolutely not worth the amount of money I paid. For $3K I expect to see significant and noticeable results. I got maybe 15-20% improvement? And that's a big maybe. I can't say there was no difference - just not enough difference to be worth how much it cost.

Several months after the treatment, I did a diet month and lost 3-4 pounds. I'm already thin so 3-4 pounds is a noticeable difference on me. This alone took care of most of the issue with my stomach that had been bothering me. Will I always have a little sag there left from childbirth? Yes. But, what I took to be aging skin turned out to just be some extra fat. Feels like skin but losing the weight got rid of it.

I doubt anything short of a surgical thigh lift will help my legs. I can't work out in shorts anymore. Everything is just too jiggly once the collagen starts to go. :-(
