I'm kind of wondering if this is as good as it gets. I do see change. They say only 20% with one treatment. I guess I would agree with that. I go back at the end of the month for round til. We'll see.

So I went ahead a scheduled another treatment. I'm still not doing my upper abdomen but I paid for two more applicators for my lower abdomen. I probably wouldn't have but the place had a special pricing event which made them $500 an application (bargain right? Haha). I do notice some change. It's just hard to tell if the change justifies the cost.

It is a scam. They got me for 9,000 and my chin looks worse now and I saw no difference in my thighs and abodamon. I want all or at least 75% of my money back. They sent me a certified letter to come in to talk to the doctor and I called 3 times and they never called me back I went to the one in Chesapeake VA on Medical Drive. Don't let them have anymore of your money.

So between turning the dreaded big 3-0 and other various things I'm somehow up 6 lbs. I hadn't noticed at all since my clothes fit the same. I am thinking this is due to the cool sculpting. No, I didn't let myself go bc I had gotten the coolsculpting but I do think I picked a bad time of year. I have recently started my gym routine again and staying away from all the junk food. Here are a couple pics to show the progress
