My Skin is Worse Than Ever After Microneedling
I wanted to do something good for my skin and also shrink my pores, so I had 6x microneedling. The result: the pores are even bigger, I have more wrinkles, my face looks older and I also have red / red-brown spots all over my face . After my unsuccessful hyaluron and botox treatment, I am very unhappy and now depressed. I just wanted to be a little prettier and now I look worse than ever.

I read same bad experiences about destroyed face with PRP, so I'm afraid to do that
Hi there - yep this treatment is the worst ! Do you know the depth they went? Was is a pen or roller? I wish I had read all the bad reviews before I had my treatments. Xxx hopefully your skin will recover , it just might take a little time xx

thank you for your post, i had similar issues, lots of big events coming up, wanted to look better, so i went in for just filler in my smile lines , instead she started to put it on one side of my lips , i stopped her(she forgot i am prone to get cold sores so i always take a prescrip before i have them done ) but than she had to do the other side to side since it was uneven. Then she hit a blood vessel , she hurried to remove most of the filler, and than i had to wait for a month to come back in and get it put back in, ..when i did she bruised me badly, and the bruise remains but just above the lip and its black specs so it looks like a moustache,,,nice i went to the Dermatologist and he said i just have to live with it for about 4 months ,,seriously? nothing covers it by the way, the nurse that put the filler in tried to sell me on microneedlng but the dermatologist said not for many months should i do anything. I am so glad i read your post, i share your frustration, how easily medical people blow us off after they mess up (no one offered to give me any portion of my money back and the thing is she hit the blood vessel in the area she did my lips which i never intended for her to do)
I'm really sorry , its really damage the texture for your skin , its break my heart to sow people still do it and they damage their skin because i did before several years and i still have damage all over my skin with big pore and too much scars all over my cheeks and big dark spot all this happen because of the stupid machine called micro needling i wish i had never thought about having this treatment i was fine , think about retin a and peeling ,
i don't think about prp will causes any problem but be careful with the clinic because if it your blood they are taking it will be fine but some clinic they add something with the prp to make it more affective that where people have the problems with it . best of luck

I am sorry for what happened to you , i get so many mix messages i went to a second dermatologist and she also said wait 4 month than get microneedling, so i checked, and it turns out that is the one thing they do. I think the best bet for us all is to go instead to a plastic surgeon that offers several choices. i have been reading about Lumecca sounds great , a one time deal and very affordable. However it is not for olive skin or darker skin people ( i have olive skin tone ). But research , you will find something that will work for you

Hi Amanda, how many microneedling treatments did you have that caused the damage? I had three. I’m using psoria gold products that are supposed to help with scarring and inflammation. Have you tried those at all? The face book group is called “skin damage survivors”
Arm spin it and injected in your face.
I have done my lips and the paper area of my lip. I use it as a filler because the fillers leave bumps.
I think is better if you see an expert.
