Incredible Experience with Dr Ducu - Skin Tite

I’d like to share what an incredible experience I had recently at Dr Ducu’s clinic. From start to finish, the whole team provided outstanding care and made both myself and my partner feel informed, comfortable, and well looked after throughout.
We couldn’t believe that one of the nurses, Georgia, who was with me throughout the day was actually on her first day working at the clinic. She, and all the staff were absolutely fantastic, kind, professional, and with a wonderfully reassuring bedside manner.
I’m especially grateful for the care I received following the procedure. I suffer with migraines and accompanied nausea which can be triggered by anaesthetic. Despite how busy the team clearly was, they were SO attentive, gave me anti sickness and fluids let me rest until it passed (with lots of tea and biscuits!). That level of attentiveness meant so much to me as I was feeling very vulnerable.
This procedure was a worry for me initially, due to having a very difficult experience with a procedure elsewhere in the past, which I was seeking to correct with Dr Ducu. So I deeply appreciate the compassion and support shown throughout.
Dr Ducu is genuinely one of the most skilled, kind, and professional clinicians I’ve ever come across. Having had several consultations elsewhere, the standard of care here truly stood out.
Dr Anna and my anaesthetist were amazing, and the reception team, and Nef were also incredible - messaging out of hours and Nef even messaging and checking in on her days off!
I am day one after my procedure and I cannot believe my results already. I was really skeptical about whether it would be possible to correct the issue I had, but Dr Ducu has done a miracle on me. I am so pleased I took the leap and booked it.
It’s clear why this team is so highly regarded. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else in the future.
