Hifu Only Good for Under Chin

I've had hifu all over my face and jawline/neck. Within 2 months I lost facial fat and now I've aged by 5 years. I've had to pay thousands to re-fill my face where I lost fat with filler. I've had to have filler in my jawline, chin and cheeks.
I wish I never did it as I aged dramatically with the fat loss.
My nurse told me now I have filler don't get any heat treatments again, only things like microneedle without heat. She said the heat will make my filler compacted as it did with her face.
She said there was no need to get hifu because the fat I had filled my face and held it in place now it's permanently destroyed by this stupid machine.
She recommended only getting hifu on neck/under chin on jaw to remove turkey neck/double chin.

Wish I knew that before. Don't do HIFU or trust advertising!
