Permanent Scar and Eye Pain

I was left with a permanent scar, had to have a skin graft by another doctor, she was very cold, told me to go to another doctor. She refunded the money I paid her but insisted on me signing an agreement not to sue her. Be very careful. I have chronic pain and dry eye, a scar for life. Wind bothers me so much I had to give up tennis and pickleball.
