First and foremost, I have to say that I take no pleasure in sharing this experience. However, I’m hoping in sharing my experience it may help someone else not to waste their time and money by a Doctor who motives are to exploit someone desire to look better or to improve upon one’s appearance.
In retrospect, my entire experience did not seem, but actually was shady at Dr. U office from the on start. I was told by Dr. U that Nano graphing was definitely the best option to flatten a small scar on the side of my nose I suffered from an accident.
I was a bit cautious because I had in the past experienced a doctor telling me that I was a prime candidate for a hair restoration procedure that cost me well over $11,000 and it was not successful.
However, Dr. U insisted that I trust the science. Several months later during a follow up he actually told me, “maybe the face is not a good area for that procedure”. At this we started steroids injections which has left me with this indentation on the side of my nose.
The reason I felt this experience was not only shady, but lack professionalism from the start is because as I was laying on the table after they had given me medication to relax me, was when one of his aids came to ask me if I want to sign a release for the procedure to be videoed and in return Dr. U would also perform this procedure on any other problem areas. I wondered why they waited until after I was medicated to sign a legal document.
While waiting for Dr.U to come in the room to perform this procedure, I was given a what appeared to be a hose to put in my mouth and was told by his aid to breathe this in and out. There were at least 3 aids in the room with me, but it took for Dr.U to enter the room and notice they neglected to put a mouthpiece this hose in my mouth.
This was in my opinion, a brutal procedure. I was not sedated and could actually feel him scraping the fat from my side. When he ask me if I could feel it because I moaned and jump from the stabbing of the instrument used to extract the fat from my side, I said I was ok because I hoping he was almost done. He continued as if not noticing the signs that I was in pain. Capturing this procedure to add to his portfolio was obviously more important.
When I came in about a week later for the first follow up, I thought it was interesting that his aids were telling me how much better the scar appeared even though I had never met one of them. I felt they were being coached and not authentic.
Lastly, on the second follow up before I even had seen Dr. U, his aid Aisa comes into the room again to video record me about my procedure. This was the 3rd time and I really felt like I was beginning exploited at this point. I just didn’t feel like having a camera put in my face and ask to do another review. When I told her there was changed since her last interview she said, “well you signed a release”. “I started laughing and said yeah, but you waited until after I was meditation to have me sign it” I felt this entire procedure was completely self severing on Dr. U behalf and I was merely an experiment to add to his Per folio. After I realized about a month ago that this was all a waste of time, I tried to find Dr.U online performing Nano graphing successfully and I found absolutely nothing.

I don't understand why doctors aren't held accountable like any other service. I would not let him get away with it. Put it over social media and keep pestering them to give you your money back and maybe go to small claims to help with your indent.
