My concerns began the week of the biopsy, when it seemed like she completely misremembered her initial diagnosis, now claiming it was dermatosis papulosa nigra, a very different condition. When I called her out on the conflicting information, she just brushed it off. She also seemed to have forgotten the medications she had prescribed earlier. Her advice when reminded? Toss them in the trash.
A few weeks and a biopsy later, it turned out my original treatment was correct all along. In the end, my condition cleared up with the original treatment, leading me to feel that the time spent with Dr. Peace's team was ultimately wasted. It makes me wonder about the level of care for patients with more serious dermatology issues at this clinic. Something else that puzzles me is why the positive reviews of Dr. Peace sound like generic praise, while the negative ones seem more authentic and detailed.
