Top Notch Plastic Surgeon
I can't say enough about Dr. Libby Copeland-Halperin. The office staff was pleasant and professional. Dr. Copeland-Halperin had an excellent bedside manner, answered all questions and concerns with ease and the procedure itself was the easiest part of the visit. If you need a plastic surgeon that has a robust experience and skillset this is where I would go. Technically excellent and follow-up care is much appreciated.
