Bad Experience, Misled, No Results, Wasted Money and Time

Bad experience. Only AFTER taking many thousands of dollars, it was mentioned the procedures we did wouldn't work without adding on entirely different procedures. I thought maybe he was adjusting to seeing my tissue's responsiveness in real time, but to my surprise, he actually made a point for me to know the add-ons are necessary from the start, AFTER the start. The huge problem is I had already asked what would work before starting anything, so I felt like I had fallen for an unnecessarily costly and painful trap. I ended up with no results and I am just lucky it didn't end up even worse.

Also, he was extremely late or a complete no-show when I would arrive for appointments. I could maybe understand a rare occasion, but not repeatedly.

I should've noticed the warning signs when a staff member in the beginning told me the expensive consultation payment did not count toward treatments, but when I mentioned that an earlier call recording confirmed they do, that's when the staff member's possible amnesia on the matter seemed to magically disappear and consultation payment counted again. Also, I don't knock the staff for trying, but I personally didn't like the extremely pushy up-selling sales tactics where they didn't even bother to match their lines to me, such as asking to treat my dry skin when I had oily skin.
