Skin Lightening on the Penis

Been applying the serum for 2 weeks now 2 times daily letting it dry then putting on lotion. Maybe a slight improvement just comparing the pictures. No noticible side effects, maybe the area is slightly more sensitive.

Attempting to use a niacinamide and tranexamic acid lightener. Not approved for the penis area but very low percentages of active ingredients. No issues so far seems like its already evening out the areas. Wouldnt say its lighter yet. Probably a few weeks to wait
