Asked for a replay or refund and have been met with neither

I love the skincare . It really does work . However the customer service is terrible. I ordered a full range of products as I always do and 1 of them arrived with the seal broken and only a third full. I sent pictures and several emails but have been told it’s fine to use and the correct amount. Obviously I don’t want to use something that looks like it been half used by someone else. I have asked for replay or refund and have been met with neither . Shocking at this level .
