I removed my previous photos and am replacing them with progress collages to make it easier to see how everything is shrinking post surgery. I also blurred out my tattoos due to being in a professional field. Overall, I am a little over 2 weeks post op and everything is continuing to shrink. Unfortunately my boobs are also beginning to shrink and I hope that I didn't unknowingly kill off any fat prematurely even though I am closely following my post op instructions. According to those I won't see my final results for about 9 months so it's hard to say what size they will settle at. I was definitely hoping to go bigger so I will likely do another transfer in the next couple of years depending on how these turn out.
I opted to do lipo and fat transfer rather than a traditional mommy makeover because I was wanting to contour rather than completely flatten out. I'm used to being plus-sized at this point and wanted to rearrange how my fat sits on my body to feel more comfortable in clothing. I eat healthy and live healthy but with my PCOS the weight just doesn't seem to come off which is frustrating. I also didn't want to go super invasive with tummy tucks and such so I'm aware that my results are not for everyone. I did have slightly different expectations but realistically I believe the surgeon did everything they could considering the type of lipo I had as well as the fact that I did it awake.
So my stats are that I am 30 years old, 3 kids, years of breast feeding, newly diagnosed PCOS, 225 lbs & 5'5" for reference

Slowly shrinking
Dazzling8163October 19, 2020
I am now 2 weeks from my surgery and the swelling has started to go down quite a bit. I'm finally starting to see some shrinkage in my abdomen as well and can tell there is still more to go since I can feel the fluid build up in some areas. However, each day it seems to go down more. Unfortunately the shrinking has also begun on my breasts and I have probably lost about half a cup size in the past two weeks as a result. This has been a bit disappointing although I knew that fat transfer would eventually start to lessen. So at this point I am at a medium C and had started as a B. I was a D after the initial surgery. My breasts are definitely more full, but I guess I was hoping to go a bit bigger and really hope that I don't lose too much more fat from them. Other than this, the pain has gotten alot better but I can still feel pretty sore at the end of the day and get random stabbing pains. I will post pictures later when I take them.

Breasts are doing well, still unsure about Lipo
Dazzling8163October 9, 2020
I messed up my post op days on a previous post, but I am now 4 days post op and the bruising on my breasts has almost completely disappeared and they have started to soften up a bit. I'm pretty happy with those results and hope that I don't lose too much of the fat. We'll see in a few months what remains but right now they are looking pretty good. I had done a lot of research on best bras for fat transfer and ended up purchasing nursing bras as they are meant to give good support underneath, while also not putting pressure on the breasts to avoid clogged milk ducts or in this case to keep from killing off the fat. I added a picture of the set I bought because it has been wonderful and my surgeon used the one I had brought and put it on right after the surgery. They are definitely comfortable and supportive. I also have been doing light breast massage twice a day where I barely put any pressure and just move in circles around the outer breast towards the inner breast to help blood flow.
My lipo areas on the other hand I'm still uncertain about. I went in for a post-op heat treatment yesterday that focused mainly on my lower belly area and ever since then that area has been in so much pain that I've had trouble doing anything but laying down. That whole area is still extremely swollen, bruised, and hard to the touch which I'm a little concerned about so I am considering reaching out to my surgeon depending on how today goes. When we did the lipo on my back in June I didn't have those problems and the heat treatment helped with the pain then, so I'm not sure why it caused so much pain yesterday but I ended up adding in some extra strength Tylenol to get through the night. I'm really hoping that the swelling in that area goes down soon so I can get some relief, but at least there's no sign of infection. When I went to the clinic yesterday the lady who did the heat treatment said that that area could be swollen for three or more weeks. I just guess my expectations were a little different based on my previous lipo so I'm still just working on that patience piece and trying to maintain the pain.

I know I've read on other lipo reviews, some ladies have to do lymphatic massages afterward to avoid lumps/bumps etc on their tummies. Did your PS mention that? As for your breasts they're looking great! You can tell they're softening up. Take care and happy continued healing.
