I am 33 years old. Have never had a child. I've lost over 40lbs during the past few years. I have been doing everything I can. More cardio, weights, eating healthier. However nothing seems to help my stubborn belly fat. At one point I was contemplating lipo but my area of concern is my abdomen so lipo didn't seem like it would be the right move for me. I am planning on at least getting two cool sculpting sessions waiting about a month in between treatments.

Thank you to the person who commented that I don't have any fat to begin with. I don't have much and maybe it's hard to tell from photos but I do have a lower belly 'pooch'. Just unwanted fat that I have been struggling to get rid of. I had Thanksgiving with my family yesterday so my pooch is more noticeable today versus the other two mirror photos I had taken the first thing in the morning. I paid for my treatment and we will see things go on Thursday.

How are you doing with your post cool sculpting? I'm 40, I've had 3 kids (2 pregnancies, 1 with twins) & I'm considering getting it done, but I'm terrified. You look amazing but I'm just so seeing how you made out or if it still hurts in the area you had treated

I am doing well. I am happy to say that my stomach doesn't feel numb to the touch anymore. The sculpting doesn't hurt. It was a little tender after my session was over but I didn't experience any bruising or pain. Don't be terrified it's honestly the easiest thing I sat through. Got to relax, watch tv and be on social media :-)

Treatment session

Well today was the big day. I had my first cool sculpting sessions. Amanda at Plastic Surgery Associates of South Dakota took care of me. She took photos at all angles of my stomach to begin with. I sat in a large chair, She rubbed my stomach with rubbing alcohol. She had a wet nap well kinda which she said had honey and pre-natal gel. I think it also included some type of numbing gel too. Anyway she put that on the right side of my lower abdomen followed by the cool sculpting machine. It didn't bother me at all. It was slightly uncomfortable but not unbearable. She left the room and I got to relax for a half an hour. She came back, took the machine of my stomach. It was a little red. Not puffed out like I thought it would be. She proceed to massage my left lower stomach for two minutes. She said that increases the results by 61%. I figure anything that will help I am okay with. She said the massage would hurt but it didn't bother me. It was a little uncomfortable but again not umbareable. She did the same thing with my right side. I weighed myself after the session was over. I am 143.6 I gained some from Thanksgiving. So far I haven't noticed any pain. My stomach is a little numb still but Amanda said that was normal. I think my stomach looks a little bloated however I did have a machine suction both sides of my stomach so it could be from that. I'll post another update in a week or so.

Thanks for sharing. I too am thin like you but would not mind getting precise sculpting. Especially if it involves no down time. Please post your after photos.
