Vaser Liposuction on Thighs - Singapore

I have consulted a doc to do vaser liposuction for my thighs here. Both inner and outer thighs. The quote was sgd11, 000! Is that expensive? I have heard from friends that it is around 6000 for thighs that include inner and outer thighs. Yes, not by plastic surgeon thou. But the quote of sgd 11,000 is not from a plastic surgeon too. Just an aesthetic doctor.
Anyone done thighs here for this price?
