After reading some nasty one-sided comments, I feel an urge to share MY experience with Ultherapy a.k.a. HIFU. HIFU is basically a treatment similar to Ultherapy, it uses ultrasound to lift the face. It is done around the jaw, the cheeks, around the eyes and forehead to give a gentle lift. Nothing drastic since this is a non-invasive treatment but good enough to see results. It isn't permanent, which means repeat sessions are needed - 3 sessions or more. I've been doing HIFU for years and its my absolute favourite. Cosmetic surgery on the otherhand is a NO-GO for me because my hubby won't let me do anything invasive and well personally, I'm also worried to go under the knife.
I'm not sure why some reviewers have commented that ultherapy has horrible side effects because it is literally is one of the gentlest non-invasive treatments you could possibly do. Anything gentler you might as well do nothing. And if you are anti-surgery like me, then ultherapy is literally a GOD-SEND.
I've actually been looking for something stronger than just ultherapy. Hence i was REALLY excited to find a combination treatment at Cambridge Therapeutics that combines HIFU with a Jet Lift. The treatment was performed by Dr Lee Mun Heng during my first session. It was over in 30mins and I saw the results right away.
Now I've done ulthera many times before as I mentioned so I can honestly tell you this combination with the jet lift is simply amazing. The lift effect is far greater and your face is less saggy immediately. I think this is a brilliant combination. I'm so convinced of the results, I bought a package there.
I've now done this combi 4 times and the results are just as good as the first time. The price is affordable and I can go right out for lunch without anyone knowing. I have to say, I can't think of anything to complain about. If anything, I wish there was a triple combi to add on so that the results could stack up higher.
So do your research gals, if ulterapy wasn't awesome it couldn't possibly still exist as a treatment after 10 over years and still have so many fans.

I find Dr Lee to be very patient and honest doctor. He didn't try to upsell me anything I did not need and in fact discouraged me from doing some treatments because he didn't think those were suitable for me. I would recommend a consultation with him because he answered all my questions and spent time to explain the pros and cons of each treatment.

Hi I agree that HIFU is amazing when you have a pair of good hands behind the procedure. I had mine performed in Korea back precisely for the same reason of not wanting to under the knife. Been looking for a good cosmetic doctor for that in SG... any photos or recommendations?

Hi, I've seen many doctors in SG and still would recommend Dr Lee before the rest because he is a trustworthy and ethical doctor. He's rejected my requests to do many procedures even though I wanted to give him the business!! For this reason, I respect him very much.
And yes I'll post some photos. Best of luck to ya!

Do you mean Dr Lee from Cambridge group? I think thats where my aunt got hers done at. She's said alot of good things about Dr Lee as well!

The reviews are not nasty nor one sided, there are pictures to prove their claims, which you do not have!!! Look at sophie15, and others they also have drs backing their statements, articles and a mass filing global lawsuit!!! Ulthera is not fda cleared nor approved to be used on entire face only brows, neck and chin!!! Please do your reasearch, i would post link but can not on rs, i am happy that you have been pleased and love hifu, but these womens reviews are posted with good intensions and they have been extermely courageous to post pictures of their damages for the public to see!! And i think it is disgusting to come on here trying to discredit them, pictures dont lie and all the clinics and drs can be found on this site yours can not! I feel your review is nasty and malicious. Not honest, Genuine like the women who have suffered horribly from ulthearpy!!! I dont know how burning someones tissue is gentle, some women cant get fat grafting after ulthearpy due to the scar tissue, that is not gentle at all!! Heating the soft tissues in your face to 60-70 degrees is creating 2nd 3rd, 4th degree burns!!! The severe thermal damage continues for 140 days and can spread eight inches, if you continue to have hifu you will have no face left!! You will eventually have to have surgery and that is if you can, due to the exterme fibrous. Be careful its not pretty!!!

I'm sorry it didn't work you but its no excuse to go trolling and saying other's are not honest. I posted the photos to PROVE TO YOU I AM A REAL PERSON. Have you considered that the settings could have been different? My practitioner did a GREAT job for me. I've done it 5 times now combined with the AirJET and I look forward to every session.

Look at all the comments on her review. Newly created profiles with only one comment in their activity.

I've also done HIFU here in Hong Kong, and I love it. I was not happy with the results from ultherapy, I like it now. I would recommend it to people who are looking for a good lift effect. Cheers

Done Hifu before with great results and almost no side effects. Is adding jetlift really that good? Wouldnt mind trying.

From where did you hear nasty reviews from? All I see and hear are real people having good things to say about hifu, especially since its non-invasive. Many of my friends have tried and most are very happy with the results.

HIfu works very well for me

These are my before after pictures showing the gradual progressive improvements I've had with HIFU. I'm sharing this so that EVERYONE will know that the HIFU I've had is gentle. It is simply ridiculous how it can possibly burn your tissues off. This is MY experience. The treatment lifted my cheeks and my laugh lines improved.

Btw, I didn't just do HIFU. It was combined with the Airjet which I find improves the results even more. Perhaps some of the horror stories are related to overly high HIFU settings. Whereas my experience is that HiFU is very gentle. I believe the practitioner makes a big difference.

Ask Dr lee how the tightening is acheived! Your lack of knoweldge of a treatment you love is ridiculous, your review is violating this communities gudielines, you can not call others reviews nasty and one sided, which is not true, you are insulting the women who came on here to warn others and share there journey, women who have lost everything, women who have been disfigured!! Share your journey but not by discrediting someone elses suffering, Im not even sure how your review was even accepted, because your review is a review on a review not your journey!!! Good luck to you!!! All the best in your journey!!

I'm really glad you're happy. And I wish you the best of luck. But in the pictures your neck looks thinner and your nasolabial lines show more. Overall, it looks like there's volume loss.

Has it been done near your eyes?

The asian society, loves hifu, they want thin thin faces they call it v shaped, also their skin is thicker so the fat loss damage does not show up right away, every culture has different ideas of beauty!! Hifu had been extermely embraced in asian countries for decades

Hi, you look great! Congratulations! Is there any way to receive the information on which HIFU machine and which Jet Lift device they used, too, as there seem to be many in the market? I am planning this procedure in my native Turkey and would really appreciate detailed help if possible.. x

Hey nnnnesrin! Did you end up going for ultherapy in Turkey? I just had it done last week in Istanbul and frankly, the reviews on here I've scared the crap out of me. Now I'm almost waiting for something horrific to happen.

Just wonder how often do you do this Hifu treatment? Isn't it just once a year? Sorry I had done ultraformer Hifu, and the doc told me it's once a year.
