Infini does very little to fix deep scars, elevated scars. Pull your skin apart, if there is no change to the scar, infini will not help it. I went for 2 treatment and had less than 5% improvement over all. Right after infini, my face get swollen and it looked a bit better, after week, it subside. Infini has the highest profit margin, so most doctors are pushing for it.

Hello there, it make sense why you are not seeing results. even the deepest resurfacing technique wont help because your scars are bound down. You need to release those scars first. Based on your pictures, i would suggest you NOKOR subcision followed by INFINI with PRP on the same day. Do this 4 session. 1 month after the final session of INFINI, do NOKOR subcision then wait few days for swelling to go down.Fill those area with HA fillers. Repeat just subcision with fillers as soon the filler dissipates. Do this for 2-3 years and this will be permanent. People with acne scarring tend to take long time to produce type 1 collagen that why the scarring occurs. Fillers act as a buffer so that in that 3 years times your body can produce enough collagen to be sustainable.

Best recommendation ever by "sam6397" below. Thank you! What I have discovered to be true in my extensive research so far but unfortunately, this was the not the treatment plan by my derm. I had subcisions x 2, followed by 3 Infinis. The first Infini pretty much tethered back most scars and all his good work is gone! He did not use fillers to elevate the "spaces" created when the scars were lifted. I asked another doc, a plastic surgeon and she said she does not know why he did not recommend a filler after subcising. Everyone has their treatment plan but not to the best for us the acne scar sufferer. @AcneScarGuy, everything is done in threes to see the best results. I have had deep scarring like yours. They are not perfectly gone but better. Scar types like ours, cause fat loss because it is cystic acne. So, the fillers help to elevate the spaces created by subcision and to replace lost volume. Best to get scars as shallow as possible as fillers are not permanent and cost a lot. Go for more than one, if all possible. Then subcise as per sam6397 said, and then fillers. Do you all have Radiesse or Bellafill in Singapore?
