Update

I’m am now at 199.3, my balloon will come out January 28th. The goal is to be between 165-170, my goal weight, by then. This is NOT a magic pill. You really have to put in work every single day. I have taken up doing cardio a minimum of 4 days a week. I could lose more weight by doing a drastic diet along with the balloon by opt to eat what I like in moderation and take my time losing weight.

Day 5

Feeling better but not 100%. I’m no longer vomiting and am sleeeping through the night, but I just can’t seem to walk or stand for long periods of time without feeling dizzy. Also, I can’t stand much of anything sweet, like applesauce, popsicles, jello, and pudding. I’m going to force myself to a protein smoothie shortly, and then try and take another nap. I’m down 6 pounds BTW.

Procedure Day - Day 1

I don’t feel any pain, but I definitely have a little discomfort associated with not finding a good position to sleep as well as queasiness. My doctor has prescribed me a number of medications so I’m sure in time it will get better. I have thrown up twice today, I don’t think I’ll be able to hold much in for the next couple of days.
