*Treatment results may vary
I give up, for now...
I went through a total of 8 treatments totaling $355 and my hair is still not completely gone. Ugh! My first treatment was on February 21, 2017 and my last treatment was in August 2, 2017. At first I thought I was noticing a change, however after the last two treatments I noticed my hair was still coming in at pretty much the same rate and I feel it's in the same spots. It was very discouraging. My hair is somewhat thinner and it seems to not be as much as before but still noticeable to me. I just trimmed it with a trimmer yesterday but I had time to write an update so I just did it today but I'll post pictures another day. For electrolysis to be considered permanent and for the pain that you go through being zapped for each strand, I am not completely satisfied with my results. The smoothness and overall look was better than any other hair removal method I've used, but to spend that kind of money (between $40-50 each visit) I need more. I guess I could opt to give it more time but at this point I'm not interested.
I don't feel that the amount of hair increased like I noticed after my laser experience. However, I expected better results. It could just be me and my stubborn hair! Who knows?! I would still recommend for others to try it though, since every person is different and outcomes vary. My hair is thinner, which is a plus. I just wish it would GO AWAY FOREVER!!!
*I deleted some of my before pictures from an earlier review because I felt they were too revealing. I'm posting them again under this review for reference of how I looked when I started.

Overdue update
I just received another treatment today. This one was only for 10 minutes and it's been a little over a month since I was last treated. My hair is definitely decreasing and not as coarse. I feel it's effective. I am hoping to be completely done in the next few months.
I did 6 laser sessions with Jamachi Plastic...
I did 6 laser sessions with Jamachi Plastic Surgery and Medi Spa which increased my hair in quantity and coarseness. I was not happy about that AT ALL! I also did a single electrolysis with a woman in Bethesda, MD but I didn't like her bedside manner. After that I've been waxing, threading and plucking. Finally I found another electrolysis provider in my area and I started with her on February 16, 2017. I've done 3 sessions as of March 31, 2017. The total so far has been $135. She charges by the time and my first session was $50, second was $45, third was $40. I feel that the treatment has been effective thus far but I will see as the time goes on and I'll update as well.
Provider Review

Wonderful practitioner, friendly and thorough. My only complaints are scheduling is difficult as she's frequently traveling and she only accepts checks or cash for payments.
