Do not recommend - I expected so much more

I want to stay anonymous because I don’t want anyone in my business. But I wouldn’t recommend Dr Nair at all. I went to him because I saw all the good reviews about him but unfortunately that did not match up with real life. I did biopolymer removal with him. & from start to finish he didn’t make me feel confident at all. He did not listen to my concerns. Everything I told him “oh it’s not that” Everything he was saying was just so negative & harsh you would think he’d be caring knowing this take a mental and physical drain on us ladies. He provided me with no information. I asked him is it anything I needed to know & he just simply said “no”… when there is PLENTY you need to know regarding this surgery. it’s like he did not care. He barely did or said anything to me my post op appt. He was literally in the room with me for 20 seconds. When I asked him questions before surgery he would short talk me. I understand he has plenty of surgeries all day long and I’m just another patient but I have spent my last to get this surgery with him I felt like I should have been treated with compassion . & not to mention the facility. The ladies are nice I loved Rayven at the front desk. she was so caring and seemed to be the only person that just simply asked how I am doing, asked what I ate, asked did I get any rest. The Dr didn’t even ask me any of those questions you would think he would care about anyone he operated on. But the facility will literally have you waiting 3 hrs for your pre op and post op. They didn’t have my paperwork together I had to send the same thing 5 times! I just don’t recommend. From start to finish I just did not have a good experience. I’ve never made a review before so this isn’t me wanting to be negative or bash the Dr i just want to speak my truth because those reviews just doesn’t match up at all. This whole experience just makes me so sad because I expected so much more. However, I wish you ladies the best of luck!
