Deeply Disappointed

My experience with Dr. Javier Soto was deeply disappointing and emotionally traumatic. In 2024, I underwent biopolymer removal and back liposuction using BodyTite. Unfortunately, my back looked essentially unchanged. Later, I had CT scans that, according to another physician who reviewed them, showed a significant amount of biopolymer still remained. I was left with severe depressions on both sides of my buttocks, which drastically altered my appearance and took a heavy toll on my self-esteem. What hurt the most was the lack of follow-up and support. I understood that removal might require more than one procedure, and I was willing to return. But when I reached out for help, I felt abandoned. I was quoted a much higher price for additional treatment, and after speaking with the manager and being told my case would be presented to the medical board, I never received a response. Going through something this life-changing and then feeling ignored when I needed help the most was incredibly painful. I hope my review encourages future patients to carefully consider not only the procedure itself, but also the follow-up and long-term support they can expect.
