Consultation review: what a waste of my time and money

I was supposed to have a proper consultation on September 8th at 4, in which I took off part of my day at work in order to consult with this doctor because it was important to me.
My intention in contacting this doctor was to consult on silicone injection removal from the face, specifically below the eyes. A very difficult task which is why I’m looking outside the U.S. I wanted to keep all my options open and available.
Dr. Rios Instagram is run very well. Very informative, engaging, testimonies, visuals. Another factor in why I wanted to contact this doctor. He seemed warm through the screen. Someone I thought would be able to help me with his experience and knowledge on how to remove this toxic substance.
A person named Lady charged a $200 consultation fee, which I paid. I was told on Instagram by DM that virtual fees are $150 which I questioned cause that’s different. Lady told me once again it’s $200. And waited for the day of the consultation.
Day of consultation. The 1st hour that passed by and hadn’t heard anything about when the consultation would start, I was getting frustrated. Then the 2nd hour passed by and still nothing, just know I was mad and thought ok this is not happening today. I would get maybe 2 updates by staff but not on a specific time on when he would get on the virtual.
3 HOURS passed before he got on this virtual consultation. With no “I’m sorry” I apologize, nothing. 3 HOURS PASSED for him to tell me the first step is an MRI. Could this not be told to me before the consultation. The call lasted 10 minutes. Now my Spanish is not great, obviously my 1st language is English however his English was not great either and if your are American and don’t speak any Spanish at all, you might want to rethink going to him. He went over briefly what I wanted done but didn’t go further because I need an MRI done from HIS doctors in Colombia. He told me he would have Lady email me over a list of vitamins that I would need to start, which I never received.
This Doctor is off my list of potential Doctors that would be able to help me. I think behind the scenes they are very disorganized. And I think my $200 consultation fee was stolen from me which I would love a refund.
