SiliconeRemovalJourney
Hello So Im 31 years of age, I had silicone Injected into my buttocks 7 years ago. I had discoloration and constant pain. I am currently in cali Colombia recoverying from my Surgery. I had this procedure done with Dr. Carlos Alberto Rios. I was so scared at first and nervous to come here alone. I am currently staying in the Recovery Home (Home. Colombia )you can find them on instagram. After I got here, the RH personal picked me up at the airport. I have to say they have been so welcoming and made feel at home, once I arrived at the recovey home. After I got here I needed to go to all my Dr. Appoitments and get cleared for the Big day. So I got here Feb. 3rd and my procedure wasn't till Feb. 8th. You need to get here a couple days before keep that in mind. Don't get here the day before and expect them to do surgery cuz THEY WON'T. They run alot of bloodwork and check your heart level, if you don't have an MRI they can take one here. Everything has to be A1, or else you CAN'T have the procedure. This Dr. is super professional and makes sure your health above everything is perfect. So after they cleared me I was ready for my procedure. I did not feel anything during the surgery, except after I woke up I was already in another room in the hospital. As I was waking up, and on heavy meds and feeling so tired, I felt my butt and felt where he had taken out the silicone. So I knew it was all over. As I am writing this I am in the Recovery home laying in bed resting, connected to a Vac. The procedure its self is not hard , its the recovery thats painful. You have to pee and poo standing up. You also have to stay In Cali 21/30 days for removal. You can't sit on you butt or lay either. Its been 8 days now, but I feel great so far. I had alot taken out my health was slowly going down hill. Loss of hair, anxious, depressed, feeling ashame, just to name a few.
