I underwent the Silhouette InstaLift by Dr. Kaado on Wednesday, March 13, 2019. I'm 52 years old with slightly sagging skin in my mid/lower face as well as my neck. Overall, the procedure was not that painful, except towards the end when Dr. Kaado adjusted the threads and engaged the cones into the dermis - still very tolerable. If you want an immediate result, this is for you...as soon as his nurse sat me up and I looked in the mirror, instantly I could see my neck looked tighter and smoother! I'm a bit swollen/bruised 48 hours later so it's hard to tell how my mid- face will look...I'll keep you posted!

How is your face today? Is it still swollen? Does it hurt? Can you feel the threads?
I'm 6 days post-Silhouette InstaLift and still a little swollen/bruised. The pain subsided on or about the 4th day. No, you can't see the threads or feel them.
If you don't mind me asking, was this procedure very expensive?
And you believe you look better than if you had had Botox and filler ?
May I ask the cost?
