I received Silagen Recovery Gel just in time to use after juvederm injections to my lips. I had 1/2 a syringe injected in order to just smooth out lip wrinkles. This is the first time I had my lips injected, but I have used various juvederm products in other facial areas. I tend to have substantial bruising that presents about 12 hours after injections. I have never tried any form of arnica type of products.

I have been using the gel about every 4-5 hours. I do think it has helped my lips heal after my juvederm injections. I do have some bruising, but not as much as I expected. I bruise pretty easily. I alsi think Silagen recovery gel has helped to keep my lip area hydrated and softer.

Just wanted to add that I am testing this product, because I received this complimentary treatment through the RealSelf Insider program. I do think it has improved my recovery after my lip injections.
