I can't believe I waited this long to get this done. I'm kicking myself with how great I could have felt this whole time.
The girls have settled, with the left needing to come down just a few centimeters. I do massages in the shower and then am on my way. Pain has completely subsided, tenderness is pretty much gone, tho my nipples still have some.
I do a complete workout now. (thank goodness as I've packed on the pounds over the last few weeks) and sleep on my side most nights. Still not brave enough to lay on my stomach yet.

1MPO Almost Natural
Both the ladies are settling nicely. I've noticed the right has healed a lot quicker than the left, I can feel the muscle is tighter on the left and a bit more tender but still enjoying them. Follow up next week with my doc. Hoping to be released for exercise as I'm feel back to normal.

Moderate. I had my followup today and they've pretty much settled into the right space, just gotta soften.

2WPO Still tight but still in love
Pain has pretty much been a non-issue for the girls. I do get some referred pain in my left shoulder and arm but not enough to be an issue.
Both sides are healing very nicely, tho the left is a bit slower than the right. Just more swollen and a bit more tender. Other than that, yaaaayyyyyyy!

Wow - you look SO good!! It sounds like all is going well with you and your recovery... I had surgery yesterday (sientra 445cc HSC+ xhp) just curious, what profile did you get?? I hope my pain starts to subside soon.. ughh! Anyway, I hope your recovery continues to make you happy. I love the look and size of yours!!! I hope mine look as good (haven't been able to look at them yet). :(
I peeped your profile. You look good already. I got Mod profile. The first two weeks are definitely the hardest. Today is officially 1MPO and I feel great. Still feel the nerves but nothing I can't handle.

Thanks hun! I know that all the pain, trouble sleeping & restlessness will soon pass, so I my eye on the prize/end result ;) the moderate profile is spectacular on you, so far it fits your body perfectly! Happy 1st month post op!! It’s amazing how each day they change ever so slightly, that’s why it’s great to take pics, in my opinion.
Are you OR were you required to wear a bra day and night or no??? I have too, also I have the compression band - hoping I do not have to wear it for long.

You look amazing!! I was wearing a sports bra day and night. I wore a compression bra for the first week anyway. I didn't do the band, hope you aren't in it too long doesn't look very comfortable. Had my 5 week follow up and now can get fitted for regular bras. The time goes by so quickly.
I noticed I freaked myself out when I took pictures every single day so by week two I did it every other day and now just every Friday for weekly updates.
