5 DPO feeling great!
Tape came off today and into a sports bra. Looking and feeling well. Still pretty swollen but loving the ladies! Haven't taken much meds, feels like I worked out a little too hard more than anything but forcing myself to rest anyway.

Ahh, thank you for making it through my novels haha! I honestly really appreciate you saying this. I never want to look back and think "wow, I really missed out on this opportunity being so preoccupied with what others think," so thank you for the extra affirmations & being a virtual shoulder for me to lean on haha. Your results look amazing though so if I can get my boobs now and look as hot as you when I'm a mama, all will be right in the world LOL

They look great! I’m 7 DPO and also got 385 cc hp Sientra. I’m 5’2” 110# and was panicking at the last minute that I was going too big, but I love them. Did u struggle picking size as much as I did?

Oh my gosh, I struggled up until surgery and even afterwards, I kept thinking, these are going to be massive. I'm 5'5" and 115# so I hear you!! I really really really had to trust my doctor's recommendation and expertise. He was adamant on making sure I looked natural and that they weren't my main feature and that's kept me feeling good about all of this. I know when swelling goes down and they land in place, they'll be perfect. I peeped your pics and you're looking good.

Still plenty of time to decide. One trick for me was the tights filled with rice. I had a few different sizes that I experimented with at home so I could see what it'd look like in every day clothes. What are you looking for as a final result? I wanted to look as natural and proportionate as possible. Outside of clothes, I feel like these girls are massive, but when I'm dressed, they fill out my tops nicely without being too much.

Honestly, I told my Dr I wanted I was okay with the finished product looking “fake” because I wanted to have a bit of bra-less cleavage! (Maybe not the best thing to say) lol anyhow after trying on sizers I had decided between 400-445cc’s sientra hp smooth. Almost immediately the next morning I called and explained that I wasn’t certain about that size because I could hardly sleep thinking about how BIG that would be! On my tiny lil body no less, I mean I don’t have a backside to match, if you know what I mean! Luckily, today was my pre-op appt, I explained all my concerns to my Dr and we started the process over and settled on sientra 400cc’s hp. I’m sure that I will continue to panic & obsess over it until next week but as long as I look nearly as good as you do, I’ll be a one happy camper! Congrats on 2wks PO!

You look great! I'm sorry if you already said this somewhere, but did you go with round or shaped? I have been doing a lot of research trying to decide if I want the teardrop shape or not.

2WPO Still tight but still in love
Pain has pretty much been a non-issue for the girls. I do get some referred pain in my left shoulder and arm but not enough to be an issue.
Both sides are healing very nicely, tho the left is a bit slower than the right. Just more swollen and a bit more tender. Other than that, yaaaayyyyyyy!

Wow - you look SO good!! It sounds like all is going well with you and your recovery... I had surgery yesterday (sientra 445cc HSC+ xhp) just curious, what profile did you get?? I hope my pain starts to subside soon.. ughh! Anyway, I hope your recovery continues to make you happy. I love the look and size of yours!!! I hope mine look as good (haven't been able to look at them yet). :(

Thanks hun! I know that all the pain, trouble sleeping & restlessness will soon pass, so I my eye on the prize/end result ;) the moderate profile is spectacular on you, so far it fits your body perfectly! Happy 1st month post op!! It’s amazing how each day they change ever so slightly, that’s why it’s great to take pics, in my opinion.

You look amazing!! I was wearing a sports bra day and night. I wore a compression bra for the first week anyway. I didn't do the band, hope you aren't in it too long doesn't look very comfortable. Had my 5 week follow up and now can get fitted for regular bras. The time goes by so quickly.
I noticed I freaked myself out when I took pictures every single day so by week two I did it every other day and now just every Friday for weekly updates.
