36, 5'2", 135-140lbs, 415cc & 385cc Sientra silicone gummy, mod+, unders

I love my doctor and will do a full review of them once I get further into the healing process. My doctor, his staff, and the hospital I had my operation with were all so amazing.

I was very nervous for the recovery part of the Breast Augmentation. I have a 1.5 year old who does not sleep well and loves to be held when sleeping. I am also a personal trainer mobility coach so I went back and forth to get this procedure for years and years for so many reasons because of these roles. But I am so far very happy with my decision!

I am 36, 5'2" 135-140 pounds. One kid, breastfed. After that my breasts were much different in size. That is why I have 2 different sizes. 415 is the look I was going for.

I had my operation at 7:30am and it's the end of the day here. I am doing really well! They look HUGE to me but I haven't changed my dressings yet and will do after I have my phone call with the nurses tomorrow.

I've only taken 1000mg of Tylenol pre operation and then again 7.5 hours later at home. I didn't have any pain meds in my IV as anesthesia is hard enough for me to wake up with. But without traditional narcotics I am feeling good! It's VERY uncomfortable. Feels super tight on my sternum and around my breasts. I've been rolling my upper back out with a lacrosse ball and breathing exercises to calm my nerves when it feels really tight. Keeping tension under control seems to be doing the trick. YOU NEED HELP! doesn't matter if you have kids or not haha you'll need someone to even just open the antibiotics haha

Anyway, I'm still very happy with my decision of getting the gals done and who I went with so far!

I'm on my 3rd day post op. Frakenboobs in full display haha.

Took pictures before first shower so I still have my markings. I have always had a lot of skin near my armpit into my pec minor area so it looks especially weird near my armpits with how high the implants are sitting.

But I feel really good today! Didn't take any Tylenol when I woke up. My 1.5 year old has had about enough of me not picking him up but I had to grab him a couple times today and it didn't hurt at all actually. I'll just still keep it easy because of the incisions.

I had my 1 week post op appointment and everything is looking good! Still sitting high but it does feel like the girls have moved down a bit and I have nipple sensation back. No hypersensitivity or anything.

The tape they put on my incisions fell off around day 5 post op so I put silicone tape on them. DO NOT DO THAT. haha no issues so far but my nurse said you shouldn't use that until about week 3 or further along as it can trap bacteria and the incisions aren't completely healed yet.

Hopefully nothing got in as bacteria infection has been linked to capsular contraction. ????

I haven't had to take pain meds since day 3 post and I was taking tylenol. Breathing exercises really help with pain management in the beginning and I almost have full range of motion back in my arms.

Hardest part has been trying to not do too much. I have a 1.5 year old who is really missing sleeping on my chest and me picking him up. Me too.

Overall the recovery process hasn't been bad at all!
