ANNNDDD...5 YEARS LATER....
Hiya ladies! It has been 5 years. 5 long years of desperately wanting a tummy tuck. 5 years since I last updated my profile. My tummy tuck will not wait any longer. Well, not too much longer. I had a consultation a few weeks ago and today while I was at work, I scheduled my tummy tuck with lipo and muscle repair. It's going to happen March 15, 2016! And I am SO EXCITED!! Oh. My. Goodness!
A little bit about me, I am a whopping 5 ft 3 in. tall. I currently weigh 150. My goal for March is 140. 7 weeks to lose 10 pounds. I CAN DO THIS!! I love to exercise. I love to run and am currently training for the Disney Princess Glass Slipper Challenge next month. I love to lift weights, I love to challenge my body to perform at its fullest potential. And my body does not match all the working out and sweat i have poured out of it. I have a job that I absolutely love. My hubby is so supportive of this. He knows I'm doing this for me. He knows how uncomfortable I am with my belly. I am an apple shape, my PS pinched my legs and my arms and said "no fat". I silently agreed. Then he started tugging, pulling, and pinching my tiger stripped belly and said, "You're gonna love me when I'm done." Well, let me tell ya'll, i have seen pictures of ladies he has operated on and he is an artist! I cannot wait to see what this fella can do! I'm glad I am training for a run, that way most of my focus will be on that instead of the bundle of nerves that I am having when I think about my TT. Not so much a bad nervous, but a nervous-excited-anticipating-giddy feeling that I can't explain. Well, off to read some stories of the ladies that have already had surgery and are looking ahmazing! Please keep posting ladies. Any helpful tips are greatly appreciated. Pre and post op. Thanks in advance!

Hi all! It has been quite awhile since I have written, and alot has happened. I had to put off my TT due to my job and I wanted to lose more weight so I can get the best possible outcome. In Febuary, my mom passed away unexpectedly, and she was as excited for me to have this TT as I was, because she knew it would make me happy. I have lost 18 pounds since December and have about 10 more I REALLY want to lose. I am 5'3 and 143 lbs. Hopefully in May, I will be closer to my goal weight and go meet the PS again, put down my deposit and "roll on." I will post more as my weight loss continues and definetly when I pick the date. I hope that all of you have a great Easter!

I am a 32 year old mom of two healthy, beautiful kids (5 & 3). They did leave me with a less desirable tummy and stretch marks. I have lost all my baby weight plus a little extra. i have been wanting a tummy tuck for 2 years, but i also wanted to make sure that we weren't going to have anymore children. Three weeks ago my husband had a vasectomy and hopefully by Jan 1st, I will have a new belly and a bladder lift. I have a very physical job and lift boxes, but the PS and urologist i chose both said that I should be able to go back to work 6 weeks after surgery. My birthday is the end of December, so a TT is my Christmas/birthday/Valentines/Easter/Anniversay gift for the next 5 years :-) My husband is very supportive about me having this surgery. He is happy with my body but he knows I'm not and he wants me to be happy.
So, my journey will soon begin and I am sooo very excited! This web site has helped me alot. To read about all these ladies and the experiences (the pain, the beautiful bellies, the support) has helped me make my decision.
