Post op day 15. 2weeks flew by quickly. Still terribly swollen. My tummy is flat but I'm still so swollen I can only wear dresses and stretchy pants. I've had no pain just soreness. I went back to work yesterday. I had a great day but Iwas totally worn out. I guess all that is normal??? Hope everyone is healing well.

You look GREAT!!!! love I too have been with my husband since I was 17! he met me nice and thin with great curves! I felt uncomfortable with my gut after I had our baby. I am sure you are very happy!!!
Oh girl you look GREAT!! I think you really look totally different in your before and after pics! And if you are swelling I cant even tell it such a change! I think you will be very happy with your results and like my PS told me it takes a full 3 months before all swelling goes down. You really look great though I wouldnt worry! But Im like you, waiting for the pants to feel really big on me. Just to make you feel better I was 185 the morning of surgery and my silly self stepped on the scale the next day and was 189 I was SO upset! lol I am now almost 3 weeks out and still am weighing 185 and they took 4lbs off me so that tells me I have to be swollen still!!

Plus I had a hard time with my expectations I think. In my head i guess I was thinking I should look a certain way immediately & that's just not how it works. But in reality just to be rid of that big old pooch hanging over my pants is all I really wanted & now its gone! Its such a good feeling & I do find that I have to remind myself of that. You are doing & looking great girl! Hang in there :)
July 9th that was my TT day. So we are both feeling about the same way. I hope your healing goes fast and healthy. Congrats on your new Tummy.

Post op Day 3- Not so bad. Finally had a BM which...

Post op Day 3- Not so bad. Finally had a BM which wore me out. Not in pain, just sore and tight and fatigued. Slept well. Took a Xanax with some Extra Strenght Tylenol and rested well last night. Moving around a lot. Feel ok but it wears me out. I think I'm doing great. Hoping to get my drain out tomorrow. Took my Girdle off to take some pics. Very happy so far. Hope everyone is doing great.

8 hours post op. Very groggy. The worst part is...

8 hours post op. Very groggy. The worst part is the muscle repair. He had to repair it the entire length of my abdomen. My husband wowed when he saw my belly but I'm too hunched over to look. Praying it's all worth it. Wishing I had bought a recliner and a raised toilet seat. Best wishes healing
