I got to take my bandages off this morning! Just an FYI for everyone else, make sure you get them extra damp in the shower to remove them otherwise it will tear your skin off! I now have a fresh layer of bright pink skin peeking through on my back where the tape was stuck ????

In my consultation, Dr. Wall explained to me that I have narrow breasts. He said 14 cm was about average and mine are 12cm wide. Since I have such a narrow breast, the biggest implant he could use was a Natrelle 385cc silicone gel implant which is 12.5 cm wide. He said he was doing this to give me some "side boob" and break up the line from my back and give me that hourglass figure. When he showed me the estimated results on the Vectra (which is so awesome, btw) I was very happy. Huge was not what I was going for and he knew exactly what I wanted and what would look best on me.

Today I am a lot more sore than yesterday but I'm doing my stretches and trying to make it better. Trying to sleep last night was okay. I could only sleep on my back because trying to turn on my side was not comfortable at all. I woke up about 5 times during the night but I just situated myself and went back to sleep. I didn't have to take any sleep aid last night before bed either. The pain meds make me pretty sleepy anyways.

I had my surgery this morning with Dr. Simeon Wall Jr in Shreveport, LA. I am so happy that I went to him because he and his staff made me feel the most comfortable going into the surgery today. And I was so nervous! I have never had surgery before today and let me tell you I was kind of freaking out... until Dr Wall came in to mark me up and spoke with me about what was going to happen. If you're in the Shreveport area, I would 100% recommend him. Everybody at The Wall Center is awesome!
