Female/age23 Septoplasty by Professor Mesbahi - Shiraz, Iran

I have always wanted my nose to have better harmony with my face and I have had a deviated septum and sinuses which caused me a lot of breathing difficulties including migraine. So I was thinking that I should first get a septoplasty to end my breathing nightmare (literally) and then get my nose reshaped. But as I was searching for the best doctor (which took me 18months!) I found out that I could get a combined reconstructional and reshaping nose-job which was a JACKPOT of course. I contaced a lot of doctors and at last I was happy with Dr. Mesbahi when I read about his techniques and saw the work he had done- it was amazing. I was very afraid of getting the "fake plastic nose" look so I really wanted to see the work of the doctor that was going to operate on me. After countless of emails explaining what I needed and wanted exactly, and also receiving enough information about how his though were and his techniques I finally was convinced that I should visit him so he could examine my nose. I normally read about how people have visited different doctors and then found one. I personally though why go for am examination if I'm not happy with how he does his work and convinced that he would be the best doctor for me.
