1 Tray Per Week :)

Invisalign is expensive so, even though I knew about AcceleDent, I wasn't about to purchase it. Until he put the trays in my mouth for the first time and I hated them. I felt nauseous and gaggy. I left the office with my AcceleDent and have used it daily since. I go through trays 1 per week, so my 14 trays will take 14 weeks instead of 28. Perfect. I had to trim down the AcceleDent tray in the back. I am sure my family won't agree, but apparently I have a small mouth :) 20 min a day, some days are easier than others, you can take a break for up to 5 minutes I think. Use the AcceleDent with your invisalign in.
