Shaved light mole removal on the bridge of my nose

I had a mole removed in between my left and the bridge of my nose , more towards my nose. January 2022 and it healed perfectly and scar fell off on it own and looked a bit pink as I was told everything was fine. Then, I don’t know if this is what caused this but it happens immediately after. I used my origins charcoal face mask and then a night before exfoliated eight my face scrub my whole face (even my new skin where my mole was) then working a day or two I noticed a brownish/ purplish spot inside of the scar where my mole was. Did I cause this or can it be re goriest already?
I can’t get to my dermatologist right away as he is some hours away from me and I have an appointment scheduled for some months from now and he couldn’t consult me over the phone or zoom , says he needs to see it in person. What could I have done? Feeling worries and so insecure woth this spot on my face that looks even darker than the mole I had before.
