Love my outcome! I love waking up in the morning and all my rolls of skin and fat are gone!!!
I've been working out since my last follow up. Started off slowly and still having to be somewhat cautious. Running feels a bit off to me so I just hike up the incline.
I'm now thinking the next thing i need is Lipo on my love handles !!! Just flat out annoying . So if working out doesn't do the trick then I will plan on Lipo in the winter.
My only issue is the area where the incision is .... It is still poofy and doesn't lay flat... Idk does that take the longest time or what... My follow up is in August so let's see what Dr Lewis says.
He is the most amazing Doctor! He doesn't put you on the back burner!!!
Implants! I'm finally accepting them. Man that was a struggle! But I'm so glad... I'll post a pic of that another day. For now I'm focused on my tummy tuck ????!!!

Hi There. I hope all is well with you. I am really curious about the pain. On a scale from 1 to 10 and 10 being the worst. Also It's been a couple of days since your last post, the your breast dropped yet and are they hard? I hope I don't sound weird with my questions, I have been considering a Breast Aug and tummy tuck for years and just want to get all of the info I can.

Ok. The first two weeks were the hardest. The drains were not the easiest to deal with. But I have to say I was not in a lot of pain. Most of the stomach area is numb. No feeling at all... Still at 6 weeks I have numbness. It's mostly uncomfortable. I had been wanting a tummy tuck for 18 years now. The timing was perfect. I would say it is so worth it. Now psi. Meds helped the first week and they put some patch on me after surgery that lasted 3 days.
On another note you will question yourself afterwards. But that's ok that will pass in time. Just remind yourself how bad you wanted it !!! I'm so excited every time I sit down, no rolls! My stomach is so flat. I have still a bit of swelling around the incision.
Overall pain was the least of the worries, just uncomfortable. I got the ok to start working out slowly. And believe me I need it!!!
About now my breast feel like me... They soften up each day. They look so natural. I didn't want it to be noticeable.
You have to mentally prepare for the first two to three weeks. I had a hysterectomy, TT, and BA all at once (6hours total) it was the best decision ever. This way o wouldn't back out.
Best decision ever!!! Just allow yourself to take the time to heal. My problem came from not wanting to accept help. I didn't like feeling weak or vulnerable. That's what was the hardest for someone like me.
Hope this helps.

Better now. Because about 2-3 weeks out I wasn't able to button or even sip pants that fit before stat. Now it's just the lower abdomen that's swollen.
