So I had a hysterectomy, tummy tuck, & breast implants. It is so worth it. As long as everything goes well with your hysterectomy everything else is a go. I recommend it 100% kill three birds with one stone. I see the way I was before and now just a few days out and I'm in awe! I've wanted this since my first child.

Not as well as expected. I am 7 days PO and still very swollen and sore just my tummy. Boobs a dream but I went small (I quite like the European "look") and found a perfect PS. I am just not so sure how much swelling is normal until it's a problem but I might go and see her today as my appointment is for Thirsday 10 days PO.

It is so exciting today is 4 days post op. Can't wait to see the dr on Monday. Congrats to you two as well. I love the saying "welcome to the flat side"!!!

Please tell me more. I have 3 large fibroid that make me look like I am 5 months pregnant, besides the extra chunk all around and I am a 36 DDD. Need all 3 things but can't fins a Dr, who will do all 3 at the same time. Maybe because of my age 46. I am in shape and work out 3 times a week hard. Ran 1/2 marathon last year. 5.3" 134lbs. Need to loose around 10 lbs. can you tell me who your Dr was and more details, please.

Yes his name is Dr Don Lewis out of San Angelo Tx. My OBgYN is Dr Laura Adams. It was the best decision and both doctors are wonderful! I'm 38 and 5'10. They gave me the ok as long as everything went well with the hysterectomy. It was so worth it! I go to PS tomorrow for follow up! They hysterectomy was first I had a cyst about the size of a small orange . I was able to keep my ovaries .

The whole reason for my mommy make over is because with my first I had fibroids that grew to be huge making me look like I have twins. Was a though physical pregnancy but she is a beautiful healthy girl. With my son for some reason my fibroids shrunk and disappeared so wishing you both healthy speedy recoveries!

So the whole process has been not such a bad experience. I expected a lot more pain. Mostly I've been tired and lots of Boredom... Other than that I've been taking it easy. The hysterectomy has been the part to adapt to. Hot flashes are no joke!!! Monday I have an apt to see PS and hopefully get drains and staples out!!! I'll add pics then!!!

Awesome - having the drains out make a huge difference. You are so lucky you haven't been in much pain - I am so incredibly sore managing the pain but not easy. We had the op just a few days apart.

How long did they keep your drains in... They are a necessary, but So much work.
