18 months later - update

Can't believe so much time has elapsed since I last wrote on here, but for those of you who have eternal patience, tattoo removal does work.

I have not had any more Picosure since the one I reviewed in July 2015. What have I been doing - noting, I have let nature do some healing work on the skin and also managed to get 2 good sunshine holidays (sunshine also breaks down the ink). Ignoring my back tat for now (as that is still untouched since Oct 2013) but that has seen some natural fading.

The fun bit is my ankle. Much of what remains is the 'original' tattoo which I'd had covered over. There are a few splodges of orange left and if you look at the photo you can see hypopigmentation outline of where the ink has gone.

Overall I am happy with this level of removal and to date am not planning any more Picosure on the ankle (unless I get the back zapped and will ask for a small blitz of the remaining black parts).

2nd Picosure

Having left about 6 months for skin to really settle down I ventured back to The Reset Room in London for 2nd Picosure. This time I met Wayne, awasome guy who genuinely cares about you as a person and also getting the best results from picosure. We talked suntan - and how the laser has to work through the melonin layer to get to the ink. As a result he recommended a wait till my tan fades a bit to get my back done.
Ankle hasn't seen so much sunshine yet so we went ahead with the procedure. Using the cold air blower makes for a really good experience.

Picture shows a little bit of blistering but otherwise all ok. Will update with the healing process.

4 months post Picosure

Totally thrilled with the whole Picosure treatment. Siggi at ResetRoom in London did a stellar job.
The healing process was far better than the QSwitch laser treatment.

Was able to run 10k the next day with no ill effects (apart from the tape holdin the dressing in rubbing a blister.

I'm now getting ready to book another Picosure session.

Originally started with GoInk in Welwyn, UK with QSwitch. Took a year out and moved to ResetRoom in London who use Picosure.
