My number one motivation would have to be the size or lack of size in my God given breasts. I was lucky to be an "A" cup and always wanted to feel more feminine or sexy. I've, also, always wanted to be able to wear any bra or bathing suit of my choosing. I was never a fan of finding the perfect one that had enough padding to make me look as though I was born with breasts. The only downside I faced was a few moments where I thought to myself...Hey! Even if you wanted to look like the original "you", you can't. I'm human and a little bit of a control freak from time to time. My breast aug has been nothing but a pleasant experience. I feel and look 100xs better in my clothes. Keep in mind, it is a process. And you have to realize this going into the surgery. If your doctor tells you it's going to take 1yr for everything to fall into place, then expect 1yr. I am only a few months in, but after my research and looking at endless before and after photos, I knew what to expect. My breasts looked PERFECT the day I got home. Perfect meaning that my nipples were perfectly horizontal, the size was great (I really didn't have significant swelling), but I did look like a line backer. This is because, with a brand new breast aug, your implants do and will set high on your chest. They will be FIRM, too. It's a process. They soften and fall with time. Mine have already begun this process. Dr. Wooten is fantastic at what she does. I'm happy I chose her as my surgeon. And, I have absolutely 0% regret. I had my procedure preformed on a Thursday morning, my husband helped me Thursday and Friday by placing his hands underneath my back to help raise me out of bed for the bathroom, and by Saturday I could already notice my body healing. I was able to set up myself. I didn't have severe pain and I followed Dr. Wooten's instruction. This was my first and only plastic surgery to date. It was a positive experience. I LOVE HAVING BOOBS, BREASTS, FUN BAGS, MAMMIES etc. Whatever you choose to call them. I love mine!!! So worth it!!! They are gorgeous!!!
It's nice that you help set expectations regarding post op results. You're right, the first few months are a process of healing and settling in. So glad you love your results. Congratulations!
