I had two C-sections and no matter how much I worked out there was no way I was going to tone my lower abdomen. Clothes would not fit right and I hated wearing a bathing suit. My procedure went very well, mostly your back hurts post-op from bending over for a few weeks. After about 6 weeks I was able to begin to exercise. I have lost 16 pounds in 6 months and have a toned abdomen, I can get into my skinny jeans and have a whole new wardrobe of clothes that I can now fit into. My surgeon takes so much time to explain things and took so much pride in his work and wants you to feel good about yourself. Besides how comfortable I felt with my surgeon his office staff are wonderful and make you feel so comfortable. This is some of the best money I ever spent
