I am a 40 year old mom of four, with twins in there! For six years I have been patiently awaiting until my kids were old enough to not require my constant care so I could fix the damage they did to my body. I went to three doctors/consultations before I found Dr. Serrao. I have spent months googling, searching, and studying to find a doctor who was accredited, board certified, had extensive experience and training, and came highly recommended. Dr. Serrao was all of these and more. One thing that appealed to me right away was that he is a board certified OB/GYN, practicing in women's care long before he began cosmetic surgery. His familiarity with a woman's body and expertise is beyond that of a typical plastic surgeon. After my first consultation with Dr. Serrao I knew he was the only doctor I would trust with my surgical decisions. Dr. Serrao spent a great deal of time listening to my concerns and my desires for the surgery I was seeking. He was very personable and easy to talk to, something that is important to me when looking for a doctor. I would say Dr. Serrao has the best bedside manner I have experienced in any doctor. I felt so comfortable discussing my issues with my body because Dr. Serrao was so understanding and truly worked with me to come up with a plan that would meet my expectations. Dr. Serrao never pressured me about other procedures but even at my pre-op and day of surgery sat and discussed what our goals were to ensure he was meeting my needs. His staff is just as amazing. Throughout my entire process; from my initial consultation, to my pre-op appointments, my surgery, and my post op appointments, every step has been an exceptional experience. His staff makes you feel so comfortable and at ease in their practice and they never hesitate to answer questions or find time to address concerns or inquiries. I am now two weeks post op and cannot say enough about how ecstatic I am with the results of my surgery. Dr. Serrao performed a mini tummy tuck with lower abdominal liposuction. The results I have are phenomenal and I can only say have exceeded my expectations. After four kids I didn’t expect I would look as good as I do now. I feel the time and attention to detail that Dr. Serrao spent during my surgery is evident in the results I was able to achieve. My post op recovery has been excellent and Dr. Serrao and his staff have been there to support me and help me through every step of my recovery. I would, and have, recommended Dr. Serrao to anyone looking to enhance their body through cosmetic surgery. I know if I decide to have any more "work" done, I will return to Dr. Serrao!!
