Septorhinoplasty - Transform Manchester

I’m booked in for my Septorhinoplasty with Mr Omar Ayoub at Transform in Manchester on 18/06/18.
I guess my story is the usual story you find on here... dislike my nose shape, had some damage over the years and can’t breathe very at all through my left nostril.
I’ve been back and two over the years about if I should get this done or just live with it and I’ve decided to take the plunge!
Mr Ayoub seems a really good surgeon for me as he is a speciality ENT so he can focus on my breathing issues.
I’ll put updates on after the surgery as this forum has been really helpful in helping me decide if I should get this surgery.

I went ahead with the septo rhinoplasty with Mr Ayoub in June 2018. I was told I had thick skin so healing would take longer. At my first review I noticed some internal scaring which was bulging out my nose, I was advised to use bio oil to reduce scaring. I had my second follow up Nov 2020 and was told (by another surgeon) that the original procedure was performed incorrectly and there was nothing to be done and come back in a year to see if anything had changed.
I was happy to wait a longer time to see results based on my original conversation with Mr Ayoub, but after almost 30 months, I must say I am disappointed.
Any revisions I have won’t be with Transform UK. They seemed to have decided that noting more than a 5 minute consultation is deserved and my results are permanent.
