Septorhinoplasty - I am at one week post surgery & the swelling is going down daily

This is for both Septoplasty & Rhinoplasty. I had a fungal infection, deviated septum, and added rhinoplasty. My surgeon was awesome in every way. I will disclose info after my recovery journey.

I am at one week post surgery & the swelling is going down daily.
Note on medication; take your medication as scheduled and do not chase the pain. I was surprised with the bruising and swelling that TRAVEL down your face towards your cheeks, making the cheeks ridiculously puffy like a chipmunk.

Immediately after the surgery, I saw nostril asymmetry from the front view. One side is bigger than the other and the tip of the nose line appears crooked & lifted up.

It looks slightly better at 1 wk but I'm paranoid I will end up with asymmetrical nose.
I mentioned my concern but the dr. is not worried at all & says swelling is contributing to the look, that he has a few tricks up his sleeve for later.
At day 6, my cast, stitches, and packings were removed, and nose was suctioned clean. Since I also had septoplasty as well as infection treatment, there was a lot more blood on one side. It was wild to see a new profile.
