Septorhinoplasty - I am afraid that I got ENS

Dr. Bahadir Baykal Septoplasty and Rhinoplasty
I got my septo-rhinoplasty operation last month with doctor Bahadir Baykal and I am afraid that I got ENS. I have the symptoms. On the internet it says that there are no specifik treatments so far.
I am so afraid I dont know what to do. I've read that it is impossible to have normal breathing after ENS.
Besides this I also have pain in my right ear and I can feel the sinus on my right side, when I breathe.
Do anybody have similar complications from septorinoplasty? And with this doctor Bahadir Baykal?
I have all the symptoms and I am so sad and afraid;(((
