Septorhinoplasty, Chin Implant + Chin Liposuction

Sharing your cosmetic surgery journey can feel really vulnerable, but I wanted to put this out there because reviews like this helped me so much during my own research!
I've struggled with my side profile for years, specifically my nose and lack of chin definition. I finally decided to explore my options and booked a consultation with Dr. Bogdan after researching his spectacular credentials.
Consultation: My initial consultation was for a chin implant and lipo. I was nervous and brought my fiancé for support. Dr. Bogdan had my face scanned for a 3D rendering, listened to my thoughts, and showed me what the chin implant would look like. I was already there and had been thinking about rhinoplasty too, so we talked through my concerns with the projection, crookedness, and tip, and he adjusted the rendering accordingly. I never felt rushed or pressured. He didn't recommend anything I wasn't already asking about, which I really appreciated. After, his team walked me through the financials with different package options so I could decide what made sense for me.
I went home and decided I wanted all three procedures. If I was going under the knife, I might as well do it all in one go! I received my 3D renderings via email and actually went back for a second consultation to talk through the nose a bit more. Dr. Bogdan was completely receptive, and again, I never felt rushed.
Surgery Day: I had my surgery in early February 2026 in the afternoon. I had my vitals taken, changed into a gown, and Dr. Bogdan examined my face one last time before I went under. Next thing I knew, I was being wheeled out and helped into the car!
Recovery & Follow-Ups: I had follow-up appointments the next day, at one week (splint removal, which feels weird, and some stitches out), and at about 1.5 months post-op, where photos were taken. Whenever I had questions or concerns between appointments, I was able to text Dr. Bogdan directly, and he would respond, which was so comforting. You overthink a lot after surgery, and it's nice to be able to ask questions just to be on the safe side.
Results: I'm loving my results! They're pretty much exactly what Dr. Bogdan had rendered for me during the consultation. Swelling still comes and goes day to day, which is typical for the nose, but I'm really happy with what I'm seeing! Overall, As a young woman, I felt incredibly comfortable with Dr. Bogdan. He has this reassuring nature, and he's genuinely funny too. His staff was also incredibly kind, especially the amazing nurses. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Bogdan!
