Getting a Septorhinoplasty Tomorrow for my Crooked Bump

Currently lying in bed, I just cleaned my stitches and I'm not sure if I did that right. I've never used saline spray before. My bruises are starting to form and I still feel kinda like I might throw up, I haven't eaten all day, I'll try to later tonight but I don't think I can risk it right now

I've wanted this since I was 7. No one has ever told me anything about it unprompted but it hurts my own self esteem just looking at it. I finally saved up enough and I'm getting it tomorrow. Dr Mehta is really nice and real, he told me what is realistic and what would look more natural on my face. My insurance gave me some trouble but I saved enough to pay for all of it so even though it just covered a bit I can still do it. It is very expensive but I hope it will be worth it. Ask me anything or give me advice please.
