Septoplasty Rhinoplasty rib graft

I am starting to really like my nose - assymetrical swelling is going down .. I have to look at before nd after pics to realize how much my nose improved.

I love how my profile turned out (however, I never had problems with mine) - comparing the front view to my former front view I also see improvements. However, my nose looks asymmetrical to me - but everybody says that two months is not enough time to rule out the cause of swelling - so I will keep patient. I am a little worried because I hurt my nose quite a few times after the first thee weeks. I have large, high energy dogs and you get a hit every once in a while. I had my nose checked once and the doctor said it’s ok. I hope it will turn out symmetrical :-) all in all: after two months I feel perfectly normal. My nose is not stuffy anymore and I.l can breathe much better compared to prior to the surgery.

Hey everyone, I got my septoplasty/rhinoplasty 12 days ago. After an accident I couldn’t breathe through my left side of the nose and it was a little damaged and crooked. I asked to have that fixed - and as for now, I’m thrilled with the outcome. My breathing is super good - the only thing is: my nose has been running like crazy ever since surgery. Seems it is irritate from the stitches and I feel as if I had a cold. I hated the cast for the last days because it itched like crazy. I had to wear it for 12 days, now I’m taping. And I got two black eyes which are still there to a little extent. I thought they would resolve within a week.
I think my nose already looks much better. It doesn’t photograph well from the front. But in reality, it’s much better. I’m excited to see how it will look in a few months. My doctor was going to slope the bridge slightly, I’m not sure if he really did or if it all turn out that way - it’s good either way. I can only recommend my doctor - prof. Gubisch in Stuttgart, Germany.
