He preserved my natural aesthetic and enhanced the definition of my nose

I consulted with Dr. Nima Shemirani for a septoplasty/rhinoplasty to fix internal damage and deviated septum as a result of sports injuries to the face, making it difficult for me to breathe easily through my nose. I also wanted to redefine my nose to improve my appearance. After careful consideration and many consultations with other BH plastic surgeons, my Mom and I decided to have my procedure with Dr. Nima for several reasons. He took his time to get to know me and listened to my wishes and concerns. I was very anxious at the idea of having a surgery that would be permanent and what the result would look like. Dr. Nima quickly put my mind at ease with his warm personality and expertise. He explained the procedure in detail and we discussed at length the desired outcome so that I felt confident. Dr. Nima obviously cared about me not only as a patient but as a unique individual. His enthusiasm for helping me achieve my goal was very apparent, and the fact that he is double board certified was important to my Mom. The office staff was also very welcoming and professional, so overall, our initial impression was very positive.
Results…..AMAZING! Exceeded my expectations. Dr. Nima gave me the exact look I had hoped for. I can finally breathe well again, and my allergies have improved as well. Dr. Nima has an artistic eye for detail. I couldn’t have asked for a better result. He preserved my natural aesthetic and enhanced the definition of my nose in a subtle way that kept my individual character rather than a “one size fits all cookie-cutter” nose. The digital photographic rendering of my desired nose matched the final outcome and I was blown away when he took the bandages off. I’m ecstatic with how good my nose looks now, he got it spot on!
