My experience with Dr. Lozada and his team at Penn Medicine has been fantastic. I had a septoplasty and although I am still swollen, I am so happy. My results are exactly what I wanted and look so natural. Dr. Lozada made himself available for any and all questions. He explained everything to me and soothed all my fears about the procedure. He created a YouTube video for patients to explain every aspect of post-op care. He is so caring and compassionate. I could not have asked for a better experience and will recommend him to everyone! Phenomenal doctor and overall experience.
