Skilled is an understatement. Dr. Edward Kwak is truly a master of his craft. I underwent a
septoplasty in order to correct a deviated septum that caused difficulty breathing and recurrent sinusitis in addition to a rhinoplasty to remove and reshape my dorsal hump at the same time. I am head over heels in love with my results!!! I am extremely grateful that I decided to go with my mom and I’s gut feeling of choosing Dr. Kwak to perform such an intricate procedure. It is a very big decision. I definitely rate my improved nasal function and Dr. Kwak’s meticulous craftsmanship a solid 10 out of 10! I genuinely appreciate the time that Dr. Kwak took to address any and all questions that we had as well as share his knowledge with us. He listens, cares, and most importantly delivers exceptional results. I believe it is also crucial to note that we never once felt rushed throughout the consultation or afterwards. He is an honest doctor and truly takes pride in his work (and rightfully so). Dr. Kwak and his team demonstrated professionalism, patience, courteousness, and attentiveness from day 1. The entire team is phenomenal! I’d like to give a very special thank you to Janice, Jane, Andi, and Kenna for making my overall experience better than I could have imagined. Your efforts do not go unnoticed! If you’re considering undergoing surgery for a septoplasty and/or rhinoplasty then I 100% recommend choosing Dr. Kwak to be your surgeon based on my own experience.
