The shape of my nose was changed for the worse

Failed septoplasty AND rhinoplasty is exactly what I got when I allowed Dr. Kim to operate on me two years ago. Within two weeks of surgery, I could tell that the shape of my nose had been changed for the worse. The broken bone was not filed down completely, nostrils not shaped symmetrically, AND I still had one deviated septum. I followed through with every post op appointment with Dr. Kim and in the end Dr. Kim stated that he would have to go in and operate a second time to revise my nose and he admitted that he would not perform a rhinoplasty at the same time as the septoplasty this time around. If only he stated this at the beginning it would have deterred me from having him as a surgeon. So two years post surgery living in a mask due to Covid and still not being able to breathe out of one nostril and a nose that is ugly and misshapen does not equate to a surgeon even deserving of a one star review. There is no shame in turning a patient away for what you later deemed to be a challenging case. No cat scan, X-ray, camera was ordered or used during any phase of my horrific ordeal.
