My new normal consists of breathing from both nostrils comfortably and confidently​

Initially I struggled with breathing issues which left me feeling congested and stuffy- I overall felt so uncomfortable. I travel multiple times a year but would constantly get sick the first or second days into these trip. It was my normal to have these sinus symptoms that I started to carry nasal spray, decongestants, etc. just to alleviate any discomfort that I constantly dealt with. After the new year I was away for a work conference and within a day of travel I developed a severe cold and cough.
