Blocked nose and severe blinding migraines after septoplasty

Advice
Had septoplasty in July 2022 .
Had follow up appointment in October 31st ENT .
Had severe blinding migrains back of eyes side an top of scalp, plus daily bleeding on and off thru day , also my left nasel every day block's up with crustaceans , with causes me trouble breathing.
Had cream prescribed for nasel as it was dry so it was to moisture nasel .
But truthfully I've literally had too use twizzer up my nasel too remove crustaceans from nose so far but still blocks up what is cause of this and how can I resolve issue thanks
